It Always Seems Impossible Until It's Done Letterpress Card

For the 2004 Whitney Biennial, Whitney Collection artist Maurizio Cattelan intentionally destroyed one of his sculptures and interred its boxed-up remains in the Whitney's Madison Avenue building. Before the work was reburied at the Whitney's new Meatpacking District building, a piece was chipped off and placed beneath a stone in the lobby, adorned with this quote by Nelson Mandela. This handsome letterpressed card stands as a reminder of perseverance.
