Frank Stella Star Ornament, Purple

These ornaments were designed by Frank Stella exclusively for the Whitney Shop in conjunction with Stella's 2014 retrospective. Mr. Stella has been experimenting with 3-D printing technologies in his practice since 2002. The six stars differ slightly in size, with irregular proportions, measuring approximately four inches on all sides. Conceived as a project that would be accessible to all, this is an open edition.
