Collectable Postcard Book

In a career defining first, this postcard book collects images of the artist's work from the past four years that include not only her evocative line and word infused works and embellished found objects, but also an affirmation work titled YOU ME WE and the artist's definition of line created expressly for this collaboration. Making these postcards even more personal, Shantell has hand drawn the verso in a witty twist and in yet another way has invited patrons to join their handwritten lines with hers when they write a note to create connection through letter writing on these postcards.

All of the printed matter for this collaboration is being printed and bound by Paper Chase Press, a second generation, family run press and bindery that has been in business since 1976. The firm is owned and operated by a group of skilled artisans, each providing a nuanced expertise in a different side of the business from printing, design, or sourcing. All from a place of environmentally conscious, community focused business building.
