After an artistic hiatus of over thirty years, Jill Kroesen returned this summer with a new show at the Whitney, Collecting Injustices, Unnecessary Suffering. In which she allegorized the structures of parenting, socialization, and control that shaped individual lives and collective society. This performance featured original songs, dance, and the participation of many of her past collaborators-including an elaborate sculptural set designed and constructed by Jared Bark.
We have created for the Whitney Shop a set of stickers, each of which represents one of the Bark's set pieces. During the performance, they will be arranged like a town square, but with these moveable, reusable stickers you can configure them however you see fit. Purchase your set today to commemorate this milestone event.
Made in a limited edition of 50.
