Details

This catalogue from the SculptureCenter was created in conjunction with the first solo institutional exhibition of Rochelle Goldberg's work. Born in Vancouver, Canada, she is currently based in New York City. This fully illustrated publication contains an essay by SculptureCenter Curator Ruba Katrib.

"The work represents concerns about the environment through a sculptural topography—a landscape on the floor composed of living chia and ceramic forms in various states of change. The ephemerality of this living material contrasts with the solidity of the ceramic objects, highlighting Goldberg’s sense of ecological fragility." Jane Panetta, Associate Curator, Whitney Museum.

Staple-bound.
